One month to the day since launching, My Local Broker is finalising several hundred applications from mortgage and other brokers wanting to take advantage of the industry's first contemporary communication service.
Director Jaci Smith says My Local Broker is the missing link between brokers and their customers.
"The service offers the customer an opportunity to find a broker from their local broker and review hundreds of profiles that contain photos, videos, live twitter feeds and testimonials," she added.
"My Local Broker has revolutionised the way brokers will ask for referrals from now on with a broker's unique profile introducing customers to a brokers brand via insights on a live Twitter feed that is permanently viewed on the profile," Ms Smith said.
In addition, Ms Smith said that every broker that signs up on the platform has Facebook integration - where customers are encouraged to hit 'like' and leave a comment.
"If a customer has 200 friends on Facebook, those 200 friends will see the 'like' and comment on their newsfeed," Ms Smith said.
"Brokers that sign up to the platform will exponentially reach more audience than ever before by linking their business and social media interactions."
