Premium broker customers at Bankwest will get a complimentary upfront property valuation, enabling them to provide clients with a no-strings-attached evaluation service.
Head of specialist banking Ian Rakhit told The Adviser the initiative should ensure home loan applications are processed faster.
He said it was developed in response to ongoing broker demand for quicker and reliable property valuations.
"We are the first bank outside of the majors to offer this initiative," Rakhit said.
"Our brokers told us what they wanted and we have delivered,"
The offer, valid from today until May 27, is exclusive to Premium Club Broker customers only and is limited to one free valuation per customer.
